Hojení is a Czech word that translates to "healing" in English. It refers to the biological process by which damaged tissues in the body are repaired. This intricate process involves a series of complex cellular and molecular events aimed at restoring the integrity and function of injured tissues.

The healing process typically begins immediately after an injury occurs. It is generally divided into distinct phases, though these phases often overlap.
