Hartighálót is a small rural municipality in the fictional nation of Veria, located in the northern part of the Lañas region near the Hart River valley. The municipality covers about 22 square kilometers and had a population of roughly 1,200 in the latest census. The administrative center is the village of Hartighálót, where the town hall and primary services are located.

Etymology and name: The origin of the name Hartighálót is uncertain; linguistic analyses suggest a compound formed from a personal name and an older term meaning "net" or "hollow." Local tradition links the name to a historic farmstead known for its woven produce nets.

Geography and environment: The landscape combines gentle hills, cultivated fields, and mixed deciduous forests. The Hart River runs through the valley, providing water for irrigation and a habitat for migratory birds. The area has a temperate climate with cold winters and warm summers.
