Handweavers

Handweavers are artisans who create textiles by interlacing threads on a loom using their hands. This ancient craft, also known as handweaving, involves manipulating warp threads (the lengthwise threads) and weft threads (the crosswise threads) to form fabric. Handweavers can work with a variety of materials, including cotton, wool, silk, linen, and synthetic fibers, and employ a wide range of techniques to achieve different textures, patterns, and designs.
