Guestrin

Carlos Guestrin is a computer scientist and entrepreneur known for his work in scalable machine learning and graph-based data analysis. He is a professor of computer science and engineering at the University of Washington, where he holds the Amazon Professor of Machine Learning chair. He previously served on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on machine learning and data analysis for large-scale systems.

Guestrin has led efforts to create scalable machine learning systems and is a co-founder of GraphLab, Inc.,

His work bridges theory and practice, combining advances in machine learning with real-world data challenges across
