Georgikon
Georgikon refers to a historic Hungarian institution dedicated to higher education in agriculture, established in the late 18th century in Keszthely on the western shore of Lake Balaton. It is commonly regarded as the first institution in Hungary to specialize in agricultural studies and one of the earliest in Europe to offer higher education focused on farming and rural economy.
