GMPREACHCompliance is an integrated compliance framework that aligns Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with the European Union's REACH regulation to manage product safety, quality, and regulatory obligations across the chemical and pharmaceutical supply chains.

The concept covers both manufacturing operations and supplier relationships, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, speciality chemicals, and finished products that contain registered or regulated substances.

Core components include governance and policy development; documentation control; supplier qualification and management; material safety data sheet (SDS) and material data management; risk assessment, validation, and process controls; batch records and product release; change management; training; and data integration with ERP, LIMS, or EHS systems.

Compliance is validated through internal audits, supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party certifications. The framework supports REACH registration status tracking, substance-specific restrictions, and clear communications of safe use through labeling and documentation.

Adoption benefits include streamlined compliance across GMP and REACH, improved traceability and product safety, and reduced duplicative audits.
