GDROM
GDROM is a proprietary optical disc format developed by Sega for its Dreamcast video game console. It was also used in some arcade hardware. The GDROM format uses a 12 cm disc, similar to a standard CD or DVD, but with a higher storage capacity. This increased capacity allowed for larger game worlds, higher quality audio, and more detailed graphics compared to previous console generations.
