Folyamatának

Folyamatának is a Hungarian grammatical form that represents the third-person possessive in the genitive construction, derived from the noun folyamat (process). It literally means “of its process” or “the process’s.” The form is built by adding the 3rd person singular possessive suffix -a to the base word folyamat and then attaching the genitive suffix -nak/-nek, yielding folyamatának. The choice of -nak is determined by vowel harmony of the stem, here the back-vowel context favors -nak.
