Filtpadds
Filtpadds are paddle-shaped portable water filtration devices designed to remove particulates and contaminants from freshwater in outdoor and emergency settings. They consist of a hollow housing containing filtration media, such as activated carbon, ceramic beads, or cellulose filters, through which water passes as it is drawn or allowed to flow by gravity.
Most Filtpadds use a modular design that allows media packs to be swapped or refreshed. Basic models
Operation is straightforward: water is drawn through the paddle, passes through the media, and exits as filtered
Applications for Filtpadds include wilderness expeditions, disaster relief, remote field research, and emergency preparedness kits. They
