FerMars is a fictional planet featured in the science fiction novel "Chronicles of Xylos" by author Anya Sharma. The planet is described as a terrestrial world with a thin but breathable atmosphere, primarily composed of nitrogen and oxygen. Its surface is characterized by vast, iron-rich deserts and towering, rust-colored rock formations. The name "FerMars" is derived from the abundance of iron oxide on its surface, giving it a distinctly reddish hue similar to that of Mars.

Life on FerMars is depicted as sparse and hardy. The dominant flora consists of resilient, low-lying plants that have adapted to survive extreme temperature fluctuations and limited water resources.
