Etäkonsekutiivtulkkaus
Etäkonsekutiivtulkkaus, also known as remote consecutive interpreting, is a mode of interpreting where the interpreter is not physically present with the speaker and listener(s). Instead, the interpreter participates in the communication via telecommunications technology, such as video conferencing or telephone. In this type of interpreting, the speaker delivers a segment of speech, pauses, and then the interpreter renders the segment into the target language. This process is repeated for the duration of the communication.
This method offers several advantages, including cost savings by eliminating travel expenses and the ability to
