Erlspot

Erlspot is a proprietary software system used primarily in the areas of quality management, documentation, and process-related documentation management. Developed and commercially available since the early 2000s, it is perhaps most prominently used within Finnish work and organizational settings, particularly in the governmental and private sectors.

A key feature of Erlspot is its capacity for comprehensive documentation and documentation management. The platform offers both centralized and decentralized access to documentation and related data, featuring tools for searching, analyzing, and updating contents at user-defined levels of detail. Advanced options facilitate checking and recording current conventions, organizational processes, policies and procedures, advice literature, standards and regulations, and discernible best practices.

Erlspot features a web-based interface, enabling users to communicate directly within the system or via extranet connections. Access is tiered per user, according to role or permission set, providing linked-functionality mechanisms between staff groups and stakeholders to execute tasks cooperatively or independently.
