Endowaskularnej is not a widely established term in medical literature and may be a misspelling or neologism related to endovascular medicine. If treated as referring to endovascular practices, it would denote procedures conducted inside blood vessels using minimally invasive techniques guided by imaging.

Endovascular procedures are carried out by interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, or interventional cardiologists in specialized labs. Access is obtained percutaneously, usually through the groin or wrist. Through this access, catheters and guidewires are advanced to target vessels under fluoroscopy or CT guidance. Therapeutic devices such as balloons, stents, embolic agents, thrombolytics, and atherectomy tools are deployed to restore flow, seal abnormal vessels, or remove clots.

Indications include peripheral arterial disease, carotid and intracranial disease, aneurysm treatment, venous insufficiency, and acute stroke management with mechanical thrombectomy. Endovascular therapy often offers advantages such as smaller incisions, shorter hospital stays, and quicker recovery, but carries risks including contrast-induced nephropathy, radiation exposure, vessel injury, bleeding, infection, and restenosis.

Historically, endovascular techniques emerged from diagnostic angiography in the mid-20th century, with angioplasty introduced in the late 1960s and later expanded by stents and advanced imaging.

Etymology notes: the form likely derives from the roots for within vessels, combined with adjectival suffixes in Slavic languages; however, it remains nonstandard and obscure in current usage.
