Endoteliomodulaní refers to the dynamic regulation of endothelial cell function. The endothelium, a single layer of cells lining the interior of blood vessels, plays a critical role in maintaining vascular homeostasis. Endoteliomodulaní encompasses a complex interplay of signaling pathways that influence various endothelial functions, including vasodilation, vasoconstriction, coagulation, inflammation, and angiogenesis.

Key mediators of endoteliomodulaní include nitric oxide (NO), a potent vasodilator produced by endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and endothelin-1 (ET-1), a powerful vasoconstrictor.
