Eldenmark is a fictional realm created for fantasy literature and tabletop role-playing games. It lies on a temperate peninsula with a varied landscape that includes rugged coastlines, broad forests, and the Greycliff Mountain range running north to south. Several rivers cut through the interior, feeding fertile valleys and marshlands that support towns and markets.

Historically, Eldenmark traces its origins to the Elden dynasty, which unified disparate lordships in the early medieval era. The realm endured dynastic conflicts, reform movements, and shifting borders, culminating in a modern arrangement described in many texts as a hereditary monarchy guided by a High Council of noble houses, city magistrates, and guilds. The legal framework is known as the Crown Edicts, supplemented by customary laws.

The population is diverse, with urban and rural communities speaking Eldenish as the dominant language, alongside regional dialects and a trade language known as the Common Tongue. Religious practice is plural, with temples to multiple deities related to sea, harvest, and night.

Economically, Eldenmark relies on timber and mineral exports from northern mines, fishing and salt production along the coast, and grain from the eastern plains. Craftsmen, merchants, and scholars form a growing professional class, and magic-users are present but regulated.

Notable landmarks include the Moonspire, a tall ceremonial tower in the capital; the Verdant Gate, a green-bronze entrance to major cities; and the Iron Weir, a bridgeworks feat on River Lanth. Eldenmark appears in various novels and campaigns as a setting for political intrigue and exploration.
