Eiffeltårnet

Eiffeltårnet is a iconic observation tower located in the Lille city of France. The tower was constructed between 1930 and 1932 and was named after the Eiffel Tower in Paris. However, unlike its Parisian counterpart, Eiffeltårnet is a freestanding reinforced concrete observation tower with an octagonal shape.

The tower stands at a height of 106 meters and has a unique security door design. The door, also known as the Bastille Door, is decorated with multiple locks and intricate engravings, adding to its charm. On sunny days, the tower's light is reflected onto the grass below, creating a picturesque scene.

Eiffeltårnet is often referred to as "Skyskraper" or "Cullen's masterpiece" by locals and is considered a cultural landmark in Lille.
