Many organizations also use bespoke data-sharing agreements or enterprise licenses with terms tailored to commercial use, redistribution, and sublicensing. Licenses may specify attribution requirements, whether commercial use is allowed, whether derivatives are permitted, and whether derivatives must carry the same license (share-alike).
