DIutgångar
DIutgångar, often written DI-utgångar, are digital outputs in electronics and automation that provide discrete voltage or current signals to drive actuators and indicators. They are the counterpart to digital inputs (DI) and are controlled by a control system such as a microcontroller or PLC. Each channel represents a binary state: on or off.
They come in two main types: transistor (solid-state) outputs and relay outputs. Transistor outputs can be NPN/PNP
Electrical characteristics: Voltage levels and current capabilities vary by module. Typical voltages: 5, 12, or 24
Applications and integration: DIutgångar are used to control actuators (solenoids, relays, valves), indicators, alarms, and safety
