Conia

Conia is a city and the capital of Salora Province in the fictional country of Aurelia. It sits along the Conia River in the central lowlands and covers about 72 square kilometers.

As of 2023, Conia has an estimated population of 58,000. The municipality includes surrounding rural settlements and a historic core known for its preserved medieval layout.

Conia traces its origins to medieval trade routes and received city rights in the 12th century. It developed as a regional commercial center, later expanding with railway links in the 19th century and industrial growth.

The economy is diversified, with manufacturing, logistics, and services forming the core. Surrounding agricultural areas produce wine, olives, and cereals. The city hosts a weekly market and several business parks.
