Christian Muslim is a term used to describe people who identify with both Christianity and Islam, or to describe initiatives that seek to foster cooperation and understanding between the two faiths. They often emphasize shared values such as monotheism, charity, and reverence for prophetic figures, while navigating doctrinal differences about the nature of God, revelation, and salvation.

Historically, there is no single institutional category for Christian Muslims; the term more commonly appears in sociological studies of interfaith relations and in contemporary dialogue initiatives. The relationship between Christianity and Islam has included periods of coexistence, intellectual exchange, and conflict, depending on historical and regional contexts.
