Chokai
Chokai is a class of destroyers in the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). The lead ship of the class, JS Chokai (DDG-176), was commissioned in 1998. The Chokai class is a derivative of the Kongo class, also built for the JMSDF, and features an enhanced AEGIS combat system.
