CANzuEthernetAdapter

CANzuEthernetAdapter is a network gateway that connects CAN buses to Ethernet networks, enabling bidirectional transport of CAN frames over IP. It serves industrial and automotive environments, supporting remote monitoring, data logging, and integration of legacy CAN networks with IT infrastructures.

Hardware typically includes 1–4 CAN channels and an Ethernet port. CAN interfaces conform to ISO 11898-1 with baud rates up to 1 Mbit/s. Power may be provided from a DC supply or via Power over Ethernet on compatible models. Some units feature rugged enclosures and indicators.

Software and protocols: The device runs firmware that maps CAN frames to IP packets over TCP or UDP. TLS protects management access.
