Byrokratij
Byrokratij, also spelled byrocracy, is a term derived from the Greek words "byros" meaning office or desk, and "kratos" meaning rule. It refers to a system of government or administration characterized by excessive bureaucracy, red tape, and a complex hierarchy of offices and rules. In a byrokratic system, decisions are often made through a series of standardized procedures and protocols, rather than through direct communication or personal judgment.
