Buzzereitidae

Buzzereitidae is a family of extinct mammals that lived during the Miocene epoch. The first fossil remains of this family were discovered in the 19th century in the southwestern United States. Since then, several other specimens have been found in North America, as well as in Europe and Asia.

Phylogenetic analysis suggests that Buzzereitidae is a member of the order Artiodactyla, although some studies have placed it in the Perissodactyla.
