Brainiacs

Brainiac is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Otto Binder and artist Al Plastino, the character first appeared in Action Comics #242 in June 1952. Brainiac is a highly intelligent alien of non-human origin, often depicted as a bald, green-skinned alien with advanced technology and cybernetic implants.
