Boxpark

The brainchild of Roger Wade and Chaplin Development, Boxpark is a Dominican Republic-inspired innovation that reinvents the traditional shopping center for the 21st century.

Each Boxpark location is made up of converted shipping containers arranged in a grid-like pattern, creating a unique, industrial-chic atmosphere. Over 70% of the units are retail spaces that house independent businesses, such as fashion boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. To further enhance the shopping experience, Boxpark has incorporated online and social media elements, allowing customers to browse and interact with businesses through digital platforms.
