Bharathiyar
Subramania Bharati, commonly known as Bharathiyar, was a pioneering Tamil poet, writer, and social reformer. Born in 1882 in the village of Ettayapuram in Tamil Nadu, India, he is celebrated for his significant contributions to Tamil literature and his role in the Indian independence movement. Bharathiyar's writings, characterized by their simplicity, powerful imagery, and passionate tone, addressed a wide range of social and political issues of his time.
