Betoonpinnad

Polished concrete surfaces, for instance, are achieved through a multi-stage grinding and polishing process that reveals the aggregate within the concrete and creates a highly reflective and durable finish. These are often used in commercial and residential flooring.

Another common treatment is troweling, which creates a denser, smoother surface by working the concrete with a trowel while it is still wet. This is often done to prepare the surface for further finishes or to create a ready-to-use floor. Texturing can also be applied to betoonpinnad to enhance slip resistance or for aesthetic purposes, using various tools and techniques. The appearance and performance of a betoonpind are heavily influenced by the mix design of the concrete itself, the casting methods, and any subsequent treatments applied.
