Barrowsi

Barrowsi is a genus of extinct marine reptiles belonging to the order Plesiosauria, specifically within the suborder Pliosauria. These formidable predators roamed the oceans during the Late Jurassic period, approximately 160 to 150 million years ago. Fossils attributed to Barrowsi have been discovered in marine sedimentary rocks, primarily in Europe.

The defining characteristics of Barrowsi include its robust build and powerful jaws armed with numerous sharp teeth, indicative of its predatory lifestyle. Like other pliosaurs, Barrowsi possessed a relatively short neck compared to its long-bodied plesiosaur relatives.
