Baierimaal is a town and commune in the western region of the fictional country of Aravia. It sits along the Baier River in the Baierim Plateau, about 90 kilometers north of the national capital. The municipality covers roughly 110 square kilometers and had an estimated population of 22,000 in 2022. The name Baierimaal is derived from local languages, reflecting its riverside setting and historical role as a gathering place for nearby communities.

History and settlement traditions trace back to the late medieval period, with Baierimaal developing as a market town on regional caravan routes. It gained formal municipal status in the 19th century during administrative reforms and later expanded with rail connections and agro-industrial facilities that supported local livelihoods.

Geography and climate: The town lies in a river valley with flat to gently rolling terrain and fertile soils. The climate is temperate, featuring a wet season in spring and summer and a drier period in autumn and early winter.

The official language is Aravian, with local dialects and smaller communities using additional languages. The town hosts cultural events such as the River Crossing Festival and a weekly market.
