Baekjes
Baekje was one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea, alongside Goguryeo and Silla. It was founded in 18 BCE by King Onjo, who was the son of Jumong, the founder of Goguryeo. Baekje was located in the southwestern part of the Korean peninsula, with its capital initially in Wiryeseong (modern-day Seoul) and later in Ungjin (modern-day Gongju) and Sabi (modern-day Buyeo).
