BEREC

BEREC, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications, is a European Union body that coordinates the implementation of EU telecom rules among national regulatory authorities (NRAs). It was established by Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 on the independence of NRAs and the BEREC, replacing the former European Regulators Group (ERG). Its aim is to ensure a coherent and consistent application of EU rules to promote competition, investment, and innovation in electronic communications across the EU.
