Arnala
Arnala is an island off the coast of Vasai in the Palghar district of Maharashtra, India. It is best known for Arnala Fort, a coastal fortification built by the Portuguese in the 16th century to guard the harbour and the maritime routes to Bassein (Vasai) and Mumbai.
