Arhat
Arhat (Pali arahant; Sanskrit arhat) means "worthy one" or "one who has achieved worthiness." In early Buddhist thought, an arhat is a person who has eradicated ignorance and craving and has realized Nirvana, ending the cycle of birth and death.
