Arbeidsmiljøarbeidet is a Norwegian term that translates to "work environment work" or "working environment efforts." It encompasses the systematic efforts made by employers and employees to create and maintain a safe, healthy, and positive work environment. This work is guided by the Norwegian Working Environment Act (Arbeidsmiljøloven), which sets out the legal framework for occupational health and safety in Norway.
