The Antidiskriminierungsstelle des Bundes (ADS) is Germany’s federal anti-discrimination agency. It was established under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz, AGG) in order to promote equal treatment and to combat discrimination on grounds such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, and sexual orientation.
