Antibioweapons, also known as antibiotic weapons, are a hypothetical category of biological weapons designed to exploit antibiotic resistance. The core concept involves the development or deployment of pathogens that are resistant to common antibiotics, making infections caused by them difficult or impossible to treat with standard medical interventions. Such weapons could potentially lead to widespread untreatable diseases and collapse public health systems.
