Ankang

Ankang is a prefecture-level city in southern Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China. It lies in the upper reaches of the Han River valley, within the Qinling and Daba mountain ranges, and borders Hubei to the east and Sichuan to the south. The city’s terrain is predominantly mountainous and forested, with rivers weaving through valleys and contributing to the region’s ecological diversity.
