Anisopoda

Anisopoda is a suborder of decapod crustaceans. Decapods, meaning "ten-footed," are an order of animals in the class Malacostraca, which also includes shrimp, crabs, and lobsters. Anisopods are characterized by a disparity in the length of their legs, particularly the chelipeds (claw-bearing legs). This asymmetry is a defining feature of the group.
