Amvrunt

Amvrunt is a cross‑platform integrated development environment (IDE) for building mobile and web applications. The project was first announced in late 2022 by a consortium of open‑source contributors led by the Finnish company QuantumBit Labs. The initial release, version 1.0, appeared in March 2023 and introduced a modular plugin architecture that allows developers to add or remove language support and tools at runtime.

Core features of Amvrunt include a code editor with syntax highlighting for JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and Kotlin, a visual UI builder that generates platform‑specific layouts, and a built‑in debugging engine that can attach to both Android and iOS simulators.
