Akrylátové

Akrylátové refers to substances or materials derived from acrylic acid or its esters. Acrylic acid is an organic compound with the formula CH2=CHCOOH. It is a carboxylic acid containing a vinyl group. Acrylates are the salts or esters of acrylic acid. These compounds form the basis of a large and important group of polymers and copolymers known as acrylics.

The properties of acrylic materials can be modified by altering the specific acrylate ester used or by copolymerizing different monomers. This allows for a wide range of material characteristics, from rigid and hard to soft and flexible. The chemical structure of acrylates, with their reactive double bond, facilitates polymerization reactions, enabling the creation of long polymer chains with diverse properties.
