Ahly

Al Ahly Sporting Club, commonly known as Al Ahly or Al Ahly SC, is a Cairo-based Egyptian multi-sport club best known for its professional football team. Founded in 1907 by a group of Egyptian officers, the club emerged as a platform for national service and has grown into one of Africa’s largest and most successful sports organizations. The club’s main rivalry is with Zamalek SC, with matches between them forming the Cairo Derby, one of Africa’s most high-profile football clashes.
