Adductorrelated
Adductorrelated refers to pain or dysfunction originating from the adductor muscles of the thigh. These muscles, located on the inner side of the thigh, are responsible for bringing the legs together (adduction). Common issues include strains, sprains, and tendinopathy. Strains often occur during activities involving sudden changes in direction, kicking, or forceful stretching of the adductor muscles, such as in soccer, hockey, or sprinting.
