Accels
Accels is a term used in several contexts to denote accelerations or devices designed to increase speed. In physics and engineering, 'accel' is an informal shorthand for acceleration, and 'accels' may appear in casual technical writing to refer to multiple acceleration values, such as sensor readings or motion profiles. Accel is a vector quantity defined as the rate of change of velocity with respect to time, and accels are reported in units of meters per second squared (m/s²) or g-forces.
In technology and computing, 'accels' is commonly used as a plural for hardware accelerators—specialized processors designed
In branding and organizations, 'Accels' or 'ACCELs' has been used as a name for startup accelerator programs
