Absynth

Absynth is a software synthesizer developed by Native Instruments. First released in 1997, it has evolved over multiple generations into a flexible tool widely used for creating evolving, ambient, and otherworldly sounds. The instrument is built around a semi-modular, patch-based architecture that lets users combine multiple sound sources, modulators, and routing paths to sculpt timbre over time. Absynth is known for its ability to generate evolving pads, textured atmospheres, and abstract textures through features such as complex envelopes, low-frequency oscillators, randomness, and morphing controls.

A key aspect of Absynth is its workflow, which emphasizes sound design and exploration. Presets and scenes
