AXSLOGEXT006

AXSLOGEXT006, short for AXS Log Extension 006, is a modular data logging extension designed for the AXS data acquisition ecosystem. It provides expanded storage, higher write throughput, and extended input/output capabilities to support sustained, high‑resolution logging in industrial, laboratory, and field environments.

Design and integration: The module is a plug‑in card intended for use in compatible AXS backplanes. It includes local non-volatile storage, a real‑time clock, and a microcontroller that performs pre‑processing and buffering. The device supports standard interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, and serial buses, and offers additional digital I/O and protocol bridging to accommodate diverse sensors and actuators. It is designed for hot‑swappable operation in supported chassis and is built to comply with typical industry safety and EMC requirements.

Features and performance: Storage capacity is configurable and ranges from tens of gigabytes to several hundred gigabytes, with optional expansion via removable media.
