ACESatelliten
ACESatelliten refers to a series of scientific satellites developed primarily by the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt, DLR) in collaboration with international partners. The primary focus of these satellites is atmospheric research, particularly the study of the Earth's atmosphere and its interaction with space weather phenomena.
The first satellite in this series, ACESat (Atmospheric Chemistry Experiment Satellite), was initially proposed in the
The concept of ACESatelliten also overlaps with other German-led atmospheric observation initiatives, such as the Greenhouse
ACESatelliten missions are designed to enhance understanding of climate change, air quality, and space weather impacts.
While not a distinct satellite series in itself, the ACESatelliten concept reflects Germany’s commitment to atmospheric
