The 865G, also known as the Intel 865G Graphics Memory Controller Hub or i865G, is a Northbridge chipset manufactured by Intel. It was part of the Intel 800 series chipsets and was designed for Socket 478 Intel Pentium 4 and Celeron processors. The 865G was notable for its integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2, offering basic graphics capabilities without the need for a discrete graphics card.

This chipset supported DDR SDRAM memory, typically up to DDR400, and featured an AGP 8x slot for optional discrete graphics upgrades. It also included the Intel ICH5 or ICH5R Southbridge, which provided support for IDE, SATA, USB 2.0, and other I/O functionalities.
