Ülekandvormimine, also known as transfer molding, is a thermoset plastic molding process. It involves preheating a charge of plastic material and then transferring it under pressure through sprues and runners into a closed mold cavity. Once the material has cured, the mold is opened, and the finished part is ejected.

This method is well-suited for molding intricate shapes and parts with fine details.
