An **õppimisleping** (Estonian for "learning agreement") is a formal document used primarily in educational and vocational training contexts, particularly within the European Union’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. It serves as a structured framework to outline the learning objectives, activities, and outcomes of a training period, typically during a traineeship, apprenticeship, or work-based learning experience.

The agreement is usually drawn up between an educational institution, a training provider, and the trainee, though in some cases, an employer may also be involved. Its purpose is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding the skills, knowledge, and competencies the trainee will acquire during the agreed-upon period.
